We want you to be a completely satisfied customer.

For your protection, certified diamonds (GIA, AGS, and EGL) are shipped along with an internationally recognized gemological laboratory certificate. You can evaluate your diamond for 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the diamond. Please note, when returning diamonds, you are subject to a restocking fee of 2.5% of the purchase price when the diamond is returned. Should you wish to return the diamond you must contact us by phone or e-mail within 30 days, and adhere to the following return shipping procedure.

1. Call or email Diamond Cutters for a RMA confirmation number.
2. Return diamond and certificate together.
3. Ship only via the US Postal Service by Registered mail.
4. Insure the shipment for the value of the full purchase price.

Diamond cutters will inspect all returned items before a refund is approved.

Rings
For all ring orders, Diamond Cutters will ship merchandise within 48-72 hours by Federal Express and insure the merchandise for the selling price. Additionally, all ring orders are accompanied by a free gift box. Please note: for rings with diamonds over 3 carats, additional time is needed for delivery. FREE Shipping in Continental US
Diamond Cutters will ship all merchandise by Federal Express within 48 hours and insure the merchandise for the selling price. Diamond Cutters will pay for the shipping and insurance. You will only be charged for the actual price of the diamond as it is listed in our database. Free shipping only in the Continental US.

International Shipping
Diamond Cutters will ship internationally but not to all countries. The shipping charge varies from country to country, so call/email for a quote. All purchases must be prepaid via wire transfer. You will be responsible for any duties, VAT, etc. charged by customs. These fees can be as much as 30% in certain countries, so be sure to find out about those charges before placing an order!.

Errors and Omissions
From time to time data may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice.
